Bellin’s Diary – Day 15

The Barrows are not a good place to find a vase. I found several pitchers but they were shattered and wouldn’t be very good for holding water.

What they didn’t tell me was that the Barrows are full of long-leg skelleretons. I’ve seen bones before but these ones still move around and they don’t seem to like hobbits much. I even had to rescue another hobbit called Laila who’d gone there after listening to stories at the inn.
Honestly these big town hobbits don’t seem to have a lot of sense, they listen to all these tall tales they’re told and then go running off and getting into all sorts of trouble.
