Not only have we got the best Mines of Moria screenshots ( here! ), and a great write up of the Moria preview event with lots of facts and info (scroll down to previous news story)....

Well now we have a WORLD EXCLUSIVE video taken at the preview event, with 'Mr LotrO', Jeffery Steefel doing a voice over as you watch.  All filmed on glorious shaky-cam ^tm   :)

OK it's a bit dark, it's a bit blurred at times - but you can see the Balrog!  (and hear me and Mrs Krispy laugh - along with others).  The footage is of the 'session play' section of the Moria Expansion, where you play a dwarf, joining Durin (!) and others as they 'free' the Balrog .. oh dear!

Radi on September 26 2008 08:30:49 its big!! in some ways its good that its dark, adds to the mystery! although I hope the mines dont end up being too much like the dwarf homesteads, would hope they brighten them up too

Krispy on September 26 2008 09:10:04 There are many areas with their own 'look and feel' - some dwarven in influence, others were made after more influence from the elves. There's plenty of light still - but also darkness... The vid is dark due to the nature of the cheap camera and it being a projection screen, rather than how it will appear in game. It was very impressive - real feeling of 'huge' and power.
